Refund Policy


Reservation modifications, cancellations, or early returns.


If you require any kind of parking reservation modification (for a reservation made on our website or our app), whether due to a change in travel plans, a booking error, or accidentally parking at the wrong lot, please follow the directions in your confirmation email.


We strive to have one of the most customer-friendly change/cancel policies in the travel industry, and we can also offer you a future credit for your unused reservation (in whole or in part) as a courtesy.


If you need to cancel or modify your prepaid reservation that was made on our app or website, follow the directions in your confirmation email. If you are not able to get a confirmation of cancellation via email, follow the next step below

  • All lots: email with the location you booked at, reservation ID, last four digits of card used online, and your phone number. Cancelations by e-mail are the easiest for us to handle.
  • Please direct all inquries by e-mail; you can just press "reply" to the confirmation e-mail our system sends out for prepaid reservations; our staff is not equipped to handle refund requests over the telephone. The e-mail address is


Information needed for any cancellation or change that needs to be included in your correspondence:

  • Reservation ID #
  • Last four digits of card used to pay online
  • The name of the person whose card was used to pay online

For early return credits - please be clear in indicating that is your request.


For changes to dates or times of your booking - please email those, but that is not necessary if the change is only a couple hours on the same days.


Our goal is to answer emails as promptly as possible, but it may take up to five business days during peak travel times.


In the event your travel plans change, whether due to airline schedule changes, acts of God, or just a general change in plans, please know that the cashier at our parking facility will charge you for any additional hours or days that you have not paid for in advance before you can exit the facility. However, the cashier at the lot cannot refund for unused days in the event you return to pick up your vehicle early. An early return credit is available upon request, please just email us!


If you do not bring your printed reservation to the facility and end up paying at the lot again for the parking, you may obtain a refund from us by mailing a copy of the parking receipt from the facility along with your confirmation and your complete contact information within seven (7) days of exiting the parking facility to:
